Summertime cleanup

The summer got off to a great start with the July 1st activities and meetings. We have a lot of work to complete in order to get ready for the next winter season.

Road Maintenance

This year a reserve specialist will review the roads and signs and update your reserve study as required every three years. Sign repairs and replacements will be in order along with some road work maintenance and tree cleanup. Owners are asked to maintain and keeps drains clear and clean out their culverts on their own properties. The HOA will also be working on the common area drains this summer. If an owner notices a drain getting backed up please call PPP to let them know. PPP will be monitoring during the snow season and report any problems to the KMPUD.

The Poop Fairy

It’s a myth. If you could please make sure you have available dog waste bags for your guests and renters, the community would appreciate a clean environment.

Wood Chipping

The KMPUD continues with its chipping program. Homeowners can lay out fallen trees and branches by the side of the road. This is a free service.

August 18, 2017 – Tri-TAC Meeting

Parking lot agenda item – Kirkwood Mountain Resort has plans to add a parking lot next to the meadow and over the cross-country ski trail for a 100 space lot.

Board Candidates

As always if you are interested in serving on the Board, please contact Peter Tuxen.

Thank you and look forward to working with everyone in the neighborhood.
